Ltd knowingly allowed work to be carried out in
contravention of the Prohibition Notice served
on the company on 13 December 2001. Construction
work was being undertaken in an unsafe manner
in that the working platform in use did not comply
with the requirements of the Regulations; there
were excavations open with no precautions to prevent
a person falling into them and no hot or warm
water on site. The Prohibition Notice served on
13/12/01 in relation to the use of cement was
not complied with.” |
